Commercial or residential, flat or pitched — we assess, maintain, restore, and when truly necessary, replace. Our roofing work is led by the same principle as everything else we do: extend first, replace last.

Flat Roofing Systems

TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, and built-up roofing. We assess ponding, seam integrity, and membrane condition before recommending any course of action. Coating and restoration explored before tear-off.

Steep-Slope Roofing

Asphalt shingle, metal standing seam, and tile systems on residential and commercial steep-slope applications. Inspection and targeted repair before full replacement is always our starting point.

Coating & Restoration

Silicone, acrylic, and polyurethane coating systems that add 10–20 years of life to an existing membrane at a fraction of replacement cost. Our preferred first option on aging flat roofs.
